My name is Dr. Marlo Molinaro and I am the proud principal of Boone Elementary. I have been a member of the Alief ISD family for 23 years. Before becoming the principal at Boone, I was a 2nd and 3rd grade teacher (9 years), a math specialist (4 years) an assistant principal (8 years).
I graduated from the University of Houston Downtown to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have a Master’s degree in Mid-Management from the University of Clearlake and a Doctorate degree from the University of Clear Lake in Educational Leadership.
Here at Boone Elementary we dedicated to collaborating among staff, students, and parents to achieve student success in a safe, trusting, and equitable environment.
